Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the contract support team at Buckley SFB
Assist in multiple facets of an SCI program, including physical, personnel, information, or industrial security.
Implement necessary standards, such as DIA SCIF accreditation standards and TEMPEST requirements.
Provide security office services, ensuring personnel assigned to SCI billets meet and maintain all security clearance requirements.
Assist in the following programs/procedures: Periodic Reinvestigation Program, monitoring and initiating reinvestigations for SCI-eligible personnel as required
And Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and the Access Control System.
Assist in managing personnel, visitors, and visit requests in databases the IC uses to record eligibility and access to SCI and other caveat programs,
such as DISS, Scattered Castles, and Air Force Space Command (SCIBS).
Maintain the SCIF accreditations to include geographically separated SCIFs. Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews, and support
corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other CSSRs/CSSOs and government security officers to confirm compliance with security policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications: Experience working in SSR roles supporting SCI programs in classified DoD
environments.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of DoD, Air Force, and IC SCI security directives, instructions, and standards.
Familiarity with Intelligence Community security systems such as DISS, Scattered Castles, and/or National Background Investigation Services (NBIS).
Knowledge of DIA personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705, ICD 704, and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEAD).
Familiarity with NISPOM, DoDM 5200.01 Volumes 1-4, and ICD-705.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and secure database systems.
Preferred Qualifications: SSOC, DoD Security Specialist Course (GS101.01), or similar course attendance.
Familiarity with the Space-Based Infrared System (SIBRS) mission and related Security Classification Guides (SCGs).
Experience in obtaining and maintaining DIA SCIF accreditations.
Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and associate contractor teammates to achieve program
goals
Experience working on/with Government contracts.
Able to multitask and work with a diverse work group of vendors, executive managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other professionals.
Education-Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of related SSR experience.
Or
Associate's degree in a related field and 3+ years of related SSR experience.
Or
High School degree and 5+ years of related SSR experience.
Other Requirements: U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to pass a drug screening.
Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI eligibility and with an investigation or Continuous Evaluation/Vetting date within 5 years.
Salary Range: $74K to $76K
