Position Description : The Contract Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the contracts team. This role is responsible for assisting with the preparation, review, tracking, and organization of contract documents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal, procurement, or contracts environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with contract management systems or document tracking tools is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Summary of duties :
• Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading contract documents and amendments
• Track contract status, deadlines, and renewal dates using internal systems
• Coordinate the contract review and approval process with internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during contract processing
• Support the collection of signatures and proper execution of agreements
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract terms and documentation
• Perform data entry and generate reports related to contract activity
• Provide general administrative support to the contracts or legal team
