Description: You will be the Contract Support Specialist for our team. Our team is responsible for providing administrative support for USG contracts, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and delivering high-quality services to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contract Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting administrative actions, market research, and supporting Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) actions to drive contract success. You will work closely with our supported customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored support.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting market research to inform contract decisions
• Supporting Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) actions
• Interacting with customers to understand their requirements and provide administrative support
• Ensuring all actions are compliant with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Desired Skills:
• Experience as a Contracting Officer with Warrant from USSOCOM
• Experience working at Defense Contract Management Agency

ACQ 0061 IGCE for Services Acquisition
ACQ 0030 Overview of Acquisition Ethics
CMC 1000 Introduction to DCMA Contract Administration
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
