Our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) division has teamed up with a leading Oil & Gas provider to implement a strategic SAP S/4 HANA training initiative. We are looking for multiple Contract Maintenance Planners and Schedulers to facilitate ongoing training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring end-users acquire hands-on experience with the S/4 solution.
This role requires the flexibility to travel up to 100% to either of the client's locations in Carlsbad, CA or Midland, TX during the project duration from May 1 to October 31, 2025. Role Responsibilities: SAP
Maintenance Planners will concentrate on:
- Work planning, resource allocation, and development of maintenance execution strategies.
- Work planning & preparation, integration & compliance, and knowledge transfer training.
SAP
Maintenance Schedulers will focus on:
- Executing planned maintenance activities and maintaining operational continuity.
- Scheduling & execution management, resource & workforce coordination, and monitoring performance and reporting.
Planners and Schedulers will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure maintenance activities are carried out seamlessly and provide leadership with regular updates on planning effectiveness and operational impacts. They will also support SAP system enhancements and troubleshooting efforts post-go-live to maximize system utilization.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Expertise in SAP and familiarity with system processes and data structures.
- Proficient in Prometheus for effective scheduling and maintenance planning.
- Understanding of the Oil & Gas sector.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Prior experience in end-user training.
- Strong functional knowledge of maintenance best practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
- Experience with S/4 HANA is preferred. Initial training will be provided by Rizing.
