Contract Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $75 per hour

LHH is working with a reputable in seeking multiple Contract Litigation Attorney licensed to practice in California to join the firm in their Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego offices. The candidate will have the ability to make court appearances. This position is ideal for attorneys with experience in insurance defense litigation, looking for flexible, contract-based work. You will be responsible for handling various litigation tasks, including court appearances, drafting legal documents, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in insurance defense matters in court, primarily in Albuquerque.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide case analysis.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings.
• Manage client communications and provide legal advice.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff on case management.
Qualifications:
• Active license to practice law in California (must be in good standing).
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense, complex litigation, business litigation, employment litigation or general civil litigation defense.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make court appearances in Albuquerque as required.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.
Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
