JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am looking for a Workday resource (functional and somewhat technical) that can take the lead on organizing, prioritizing and leading items on our backlog.
This person needs to really know Workday and is very organized and knows ITIL.
This person needs to be good at triaging and able to break a problem down into achievable parts.
This person also need to be able to take a business need and frame it into tasks for the team and make work assignments.
This person would work with our in-house team and our current integration team on priorities.
- Must have good hands-on experince years in Workday modules - including Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Talent.
- Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
- Recommend best practice and relevant industry experience in Workday Payroll and time.
- Must have good knowledge and experience of 7+ years in Workday modules - including Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Talent.
- Flexible in working for different Workday Modules.
