Our client is a highly regarded law firm in Palo Alto, CA, and they are currently seeking skilled applicants for their opening as a Client Services Specialist.
- Temp-to-Hire or Temporary
- Pay starting at $27/hour (flexible based on experience)
- 5 days per week on-site
- Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Client Services Specialists to join us and commence their LOD journey.
To join us, you will:
- Possess a strong client services background, with emphasis on organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Have the ability to accomplish requirements of position in high volume work environment requiring excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Have the ability to perform moderate document management with a working knowledge of various softwares such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with lawyers, clients, staff, and visitors who require firm services.
- Answer, screen, direct, and place telephone calls and direct lawyers, clients, staff, and visitors to appropriate destinations.
- Maintain a hospitality & concierge level of service in order to assist with lawyer, staff, client, and visitor needs.
- Schedule and reschedule conference rooms, coordinate catering, organize set-up and tear-down of conference and meeting rooms, and coordinate equipment needs with other departments.
- Track, change, and coordinate office visitor arrivals and reception.
- Ensure guest registration is complete for each visitor.

Lawyers On Demand/Consilio offers non-attorney flexible talent placement rates that range from $15 to $100 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, the candidate's general skill set, the applicability of candidate's skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role
