Our client, a prestigious law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a dedicated work ethic.
About You:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail in writing, editing, and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and initiative.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines under time constraints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Smartsheet, Monitor Suite, Lex Machina, PACER, InterAction, and Courtlink is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, with 2-4 years of related marketing experience. Experience in a law firm required.
About the Job:
- Coordinate and participate in technology and vertical team meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
- Assist in developing business development materials, including presentations, reports, RFPs, and proposals.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, client databases, and contact lists for effective external communication.
- Support thought leadership initiatives by distributing articles, client alerts, and relevant content.
- Manage sponsorships, events, and memberships related to technology, including post-event follow-up and lead tracking.
- Conduct research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, targets, and cross-selling prospects.
- Collaborate with PR/media teams to enhance visibility, secure industry awards, and support attorney recognition.
Our client, located in Philadelphia, PA, requires the candidate to be onsite five days a week during the initial training period, with the potential to transition into a hybrid work model. This is a contract position lasting up to six months, offering a pay rate of up to $40 per hour, based on experience.
