Clark Creative Solutions is looking for a Senior Contract Analyst III to support a newly awarded program in Edgewood, MD. The Senior Contract Analyst III serves as the lead. The objective of this position is to provide to the JPEO-CBRND specialized expertise, analytical and technical expertise in contracting and Other Transaction Authority (OTA). Job Description: Serves as the Senior Contract Analyst III primary point of contact for coordination with the COR. The Senior Contract Analyst III shall provide the acquisition strategy documentation and analysis and possible courses of action for consideration. Support and draft program milestone-related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD 5000 series directives. Support the development of program acquisition documentation including but not limited to, Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy, Procurement Requests (PRs), Performance Work Statement (PWS). Provide analysis to diverse teams concerning the acquisition process. Participate in meetings and support specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Provide analysis to Program Managers, CORs, Senior Contract Analyst III employees regarding the Acquisition Life Cycle. Provides analysis for the Milestone reviews and JPEO-CBRND Contracting Directorate. The Senior Contract Analyst III shall provide subject matter expertise services on all contractual matters commensurate with the FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and other applicable policy, laws, and statues. Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in DoD Government Contracting (1102 series)
Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Level Contracting position
Minimum of 10 years working with DoD contracts at the Systems level (DoD 5000)
Supervisory experience
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Background in Chemistry/Biology (preferred, but not mandatory)
Certifications: DAWIA level III certified or equivalent
