We're looking for a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our growing legal team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and administer agreements for goods and services.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, business development, marketing, and product management teams on contract administration issues.
- Enforce company contract policies and procedures.
- Manage and track all executed agreements.
- Assist in reviewing requests for proposals and responding to client requests for information.
- Prepare and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, standard commercial agreements and other legal documents, working closely with internal teams as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of technology-related contracting preferred, including contract management, negotiation, administration and/or paralegal work, preferably in SaaS.
- Effective communication skills, good business judgment, and the ability to work with all levels within the company.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Strong computer skills on standard desktop applications.QuickBase experience a plus
