At Oura, our mission is to empower every person to own their inner potential. With our award-winning Oura Ring and app, we help over 2.5 million people turn insights about sleep, activity, and readiness into healthier, more balanced lives. We believe that starts from within - by creating a culture where our team feels supported, included, and inspired to do their best work. Our values guide how we show up for each other and our community every day.

We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator who is a team player with a deep passion for all things contract related, and flourishes in a fast-paced setting with like-minded colleagues. You are an organized and detail-oriented professional who excels at creating efficiency and structure in a fast-paced environment as well as a proven multitasker with a strong track record of managing high volumes of tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. You will quickly be considered the "go-to" person for navigating and streamlining complex workflows, with a passion for document management, contract coordination, and filing coordination. We are searching for a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities with precision and minimal supervision, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Lastly, we are looking for an individual who thrives in dynamic settings and is always prepared to answer the question: "Where did we store that?"

What you will do:
  • Support the commercial contracting team by managing and overseeing all agreements
  • Be the custodian of the signature process for all agreements
  • Maintain contract workflows, track vendor licenses, and curate Oura's contract repository
This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in a Contract Administration, Contract Management, or Paralegal role
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with a CLM, preferably Ironclad
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with electronic signature tools, such as DocuSign
  • Demonstrable advanced proficiency and work experience with MS Office and Google Suite tools
  • Proficiency with contract terminology and demonstrated work experience with legal frameworks surrounding commercial agreements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with members of a high performing legal team as well as stakeholders across various departments
  • Excellent communication skills
