Our client a leading multinational media and entertainment provider is looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join their team in Los Angeles, California. This is a Hybrid 6-month contract position.


As their Contract Administrator you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, generate writer/director contracts for episodes, draft payment schedules for talent while collaborating with departments such as labor, business affairs and finance.


Contract Duration: 6- Months


Responsibilities :

  • Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • • Disseminates all start paperwork

  • • Generates on all assigned series -
  • o A-T-L payment schedules
  • o Episodic writer & director agreements
  • o Option pick up & start date notices
  • o Notices of Tentative Writing Credits

  • • Creates and maintains show files and informational charts for all assigned series

  • • Sends out pertinent documentation & maintains charts in connection with the BCS, CBS Anti Harassment Training, NOE for all assigned series

Basic Qualifications:


• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business and legal affairs, production payroll and/or contract administration at a major studio or agency

  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required


• Ability to read and understand contracts and terms of payment


• Ability to work effectively and communicate with multiple internal and external groups


• Knowledge of Microsoft 360 - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
