We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Contract Administrator. Is that you? If so, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

As a Contract Administrator, your key responsibility will be to provide administrative support to specific employees, departments, or designated groups within the company, as assigned and contribute to the achievement of the goals assigned to their respective department, division, group, and the Company as a whole.

A. Building Projects

• Retrieve work orders, enter data, assign job numbers, and distribute applicably

• Prepare, maintain, and issue subcontracts and purchase orders

• Assist with follow up phone calls, e-mails, invoicing, monthly/weekly reporting, project closeout

• Compose, type, and distribute meeting minutes/notes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense, statistical, or monthly reports

• Enter and maintain information in multiple databases while preserving the integrity of the data and being mindful of any data that is sensitive in nature

• Answer questions, process work orders, troubleshoot problems, research issues, escalate concerns, review work orders for completeness and accuracy, enter closing notes, and enforce compliance

B. Duties

• Manage electronic filing systems, recording of information, updating paperwork, and/or maintain documents

• Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions

• Perform, with minimal mistakes, a routine set of tasks consistently

• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment

• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

What it Takes

• An Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.

• Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of an Associate's degree.

• Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Procore (a plus), Viewpoint (a plus).

• Knowledgeable of Construction methods.
