Contract Administrator III (Remote - US)

We are hiring a Contract Administrator III to join our legal team. This remote, US-based position is part-time (20 hours/week) with core morning/afternoon hours. You'll prepare, review, and negotiate a high volume of clinical study agreements globally.

  • Pay Rate: $ 63.44/hour
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (20 hours/week)
  • Remote: US-based
  • Not temp-to-hire. Two slots available.
  • Interviews will be conducted via Teams video.
Responsibilities
  • Draft clinical study agreements and related documents using approved templates.
  • Review and revise agreements based on site revisions and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk Management, clinical teams) to resolve contract issues.
  • Manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure proper execution and upload of agreements to our contract management system.
Qualifications

Required:
  • 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR High School Diploma/GED or Associate's degree with 7+ years in a related role, preferably in a medical device or pharma legal department.
  • Thorough understanding of clinical contracting terms and conditions.
  • Ability to read, redline, and negotiate contracts with a business-minded approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and strong overall computer skills including Adobe).
Preferred:
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Professional interaction with global stakeholders.
Pay Details: $63.44 per hour
