We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Contract Administrator to support various administrative and contract-related tasks. While prior contracts experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn on the job.
Responsibilities: - Review purchase orders and handle related administrative duties, including processing amendments, close-outs, and associated documentation.
- Prepare and maintain contractor and engineering licenses.
- Organize and reconcile internal departmental budgets, including fiscal year forecasts and financial planning.
- Maintain and organize legal department files, ensuring documents are up-to-date and expiration dates are tracked.
- Collect, organize, and manage financial data and confidential company information for internal reports and presentations.
- Coordinate insurance matters with the corporate risk team, including claims, certificates of insurance, and annual renewals.
- Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by senior leadership.
Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Administrative experience is a plus, and contracts experience is preferred but not required.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other database applications; experience with Lotus Notes is a plus.
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
Compensation: $55,000-70,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
