Steadily is hiring a
Contract Admin Assistant to assist the Operations department with administrative work.
What You'll Do - You will be using various platforms to send direct outreach.
- You will be assisting leadership with several high volume admin tasks.
Your Background - Experienced: You've had at least one year of high volume admin work.
- Culture Advocate: You love Steadily's culture and you understand the role of the talent department in supporting Steadily's culture of excellence.
- Digital: Your tech savvy is exceptional. You are a super user when it comes to computers, software, and technology What's more, you're fast and efficient.
- Judgment: You have been exposed to lots of sensitive information in prior roles and you've proven that you can maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
- Organized: You are highly organized. Even in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts.
