Continuous Monitoring Specialist ThinkTek is seeking a Continuous Monitoring Specialist to support the Industrial Security Continuous Monitoring program at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This position is on the Financial Risk team within the Continuous Monitoring Branch (CMB) at the National Access Elsewhere Security Oversight Center (NAESOC). The employee shall provide knowledge and expertise in identifying, validating, and referring financial risk events involving cleared contractor facilities within the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Risk events are identified through commercial, government, and open-source data sources and referred to DCSA Field Operations for oversight actions. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Research Conduct business-related research and data collection using various government, commercial, and propriety business, legal, and intelligence databases aimed at U.S. and foreign companies and affiliated parties (key management personnel, suppliers, partners, creditors, owners, investors, and other and foreign affiliations etc.) Data Analysis Analyze financial data using statistical tools and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights into a company's financial risk and ability to maintain a Facility Security Clearance (FCL) and perform on classified contracts. Interpretation and Reporting Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the company's financial risk. Prepare detailed reports that summarize research findings and risk details. Industrial Security Support Support Industrial Security personnel in the effective execution of IS operations as published in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Industrial Security Operating Manual (ISOM), and designated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as the NAESOC's Quality Management SOP and local level training. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business (Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Law, Administration) or International Business. Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret. Solving problems, and learning new concepts The ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft products to include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Desired Qualifications: Experience in using Bloomberg, Pitchbook, and Bureau Van Dijk, or other financial data sources. Professional Certifications in Due Dilligence such as CDDP or CDDA.
