Position Summary Performs program management duties related to the college's Continuing Education department. Supports department effort to meet enrollment and revenue goals. Develops and leads new short-term continuing education programming (e.g. Fitness and Summer Kids Camps). Serves as liaison with third party education vendors. Provides daily operational support including and not limited to assisting with student registration, course scheduling, instructor recruiting, on-boarding and orientation. Supports the execution of the department's enrollment, marketing, and communications plan including web content management.
This position will be required to work onsite in Santa Fe, NM.
Duties & Responsibilities - Develops and delivers short term programming (e.g. Fitness Classes, Summer Kids Camps, Arts programming)
- Develops expense and revenue estimates for new programs to determine viability
- Participates in strategic planning to improve course offerings and increase enrollment
- Leads event planning and focus group efforts
- Assists with instructional support issues
- Participates in Continuing Education outreach and recruitment efforts
- Assists with catalog production operations
- Manages student workers
- Manages process for enrollment including participant wait lists
- Serves as liaison with third party education vendors
- Builds reports related to enrollment and revenue goals
- Supports print and electronic marketing efforts including web content management, social media, and eBlast campaigns
- Participates on assigned committees and panels as needed
- Regularly communicates with customers, students and instructors to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and to resolve any program problems
- Conducts onboarding and orientation for new instructors
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: - A Bachelor's Degree
- Four (4) years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
OR - A Master's Degree
- Two (2) years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Program Management or Development,
- Marketing, Social Media,
- College Admissions,
- Sales, Business Owner/Entrepreneur,
- Event Planning,
- Instructor/Faculty Support,
- Operations Management,
- Adult Education Programming,
