Key Functions

Content Strategy & Development -
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals and marketing initiatives while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
  • Develops concepts and content for a wide variety of projects, including but not limited to print media, social media, email, display advertising, webpage copy, case studies and video scripts.
  • Create program support materials, including rack cards, one-pagers, selling guides, and other sales enablement documents.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts, customers, and industry leaders to develop authentic, informative content that engages audiences.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, messaging guidelines, and strategic goals.
Collaboration & Project Management
  • Collaborates with wider marketing team and stakeholders throughout the organization to conceptualize, develop and/or revise content that meets expressed strategic goals.
  • Works closely with subject matter experts to develop strong, clear and concise writing that appeals to the intended audience.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Meets writing and content development deadlines.
Content Distribution & Evolution
  • Optimize content for different formats and channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness in content across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Keeps up with best practices in social media and content marketing, sharing relevant ideas with the team and implementing where appropriate.
  • Acts as a brand steward, ensuring all messaging and copy is within brand voice and editorial guidelines.

Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

License/Certification: N/A

Experience: 5-7 years' experience in content creation and management
