Job Title: Content & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
We're seeking a creative, organized, and execution-driven Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our team part-time. This person will support our growing client base by helping manage and execute monthly content strategy, social media deliverables, and internal workflows.
- Key ResponsibilitiesReview content strategies and create ideas, captions, and shot lists for clients based on what performs
- Create static posts and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using Canva, Final Cut, or similar tools
- Upload and schedule content in a platform like Later or Metricool
- Ensure internal video editors and creators submit all content on time
- Manage deadlines and content calendars across multiple clients
- Generate monthly analytics reports (using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Write creative briefs for the video editing team to follow
- RequirementsPassion for social media and marketing (you know what performs and why)
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok
- A working portfolio or examples of past content work
- Proficiency in Canva and at least basic video editing (Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or Canva video tools)
- Strong writing, communication, and organization skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership and meets deadlines without being micromanaged
- Job DetailsType: Contract / Part-Time (15-20 hours per week to start)
- Location: Remote, but Nashville-based candidates are preferred for long-term growth and occasional collaboration
- Compensation: Hourly or monthly retainer, based on experience
