About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and creatively-minded Content Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of content across Paid, Organic, Email, Influencer, and Ecomm channels. You'll serve as the engine of our content operation - ensuring we're building the right assets, at the right time, with the right resources. What You'll Do

Quarterly Planning + Campaign Development

  • Own quarterly content calendars across all channels (paid, organic, email, influencer, ecomm)
  • Align content plans with product launches, marketing initiatives, and business goals
  • Lead quarterly content planning sessions with cross-functional stakeholders

Content Strategy + Channel Coordination

  • Translate marketing goals into clear creative briefs and asset requests
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Brand to prioritize what gets produced each week
  • Build frameworks to ensure content output maps to funnel stages (awareness conversion)

Creative Ops + Production Oversight

  • Create and manage weekly production timelines and approval workflows
  • Coordinate across internal and freelance teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage intake of influencer UGC, content library tagging, and usage rights

Performance + Optimization

  • Track content performance by channel and brief in creative iterations or new variants
  • Identify top-performing content to repurpose across platforms and formats
  • Support testing frameworks in paid and retention channels

Who You Are
  • 4+ years in content marketing, creative operations, or integrated marketing roles
  • Highly organized with strong project management chops
  • Deep understanding of how content functions across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Able to brief creative teams and speak fluently with both marketers and designers
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
