Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation (Webinars & Events):
• Write, edit, and polish content for hosted webinars, including outlines, scripts, and promotional materials.
• Develop talking points, decks, and messaging guidance for experts speaking at panels, events, or workshops.
• Create cohesive, brand-aligned messaging that highlights company's enterprise advantages and leadership.
Content & Approval Process Management:
• Coordinate with event managers, marketing leads, sales leaders, PR, and legal teams to support experts speaking at national events.
• Own the content approval workflow to ensure legal, regulatory, and reputational compliance.
• Provide visibility into where and how leaders are speaking externally, supporting alignment and coordination across departments.
Messaging Governance:
• Tailor messaging for enterprise and government decision-makers.
• Ensure all webinar and event content aligns with company's brand voice and strategic positioning.
• Drive consistency and quality across public-facing appearances, especially as company garners increased attention from media, regulators, analysts, and competitors.
Editorial Management & Planning:
• Manage a centralized editorial calendar and content inventory for webinars and in-person event support.
• Track deadlines and deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic marketing and communication goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, webinar hosts, event speakers, and marketing teams to ensure impactful content delivery.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure speakers are prepared and materials are optimized for audience relevance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience writing for enterprise and/or government audiences, ideally in tech, telecom, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry regulations, and executive-level messaging.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with content approval workflows and stakeholder management across PR, legal, and brand teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is required.
• Experience managing an editorial calendar and collaborating with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Understanding of webinar formats, promotional content, and event communications.
Preferred Skills:
• Background in telecom or enterprise IT.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and B2B email campaign strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Managing a tracking process to curate, review, or build content to support in-person and virtual events.
Building and managing a content management system for approved speaker materials. This includes conducting research, crafting titles, writing abstracts, maintaining an editorial content calendar, and building speaking points and PowerPoint presentations.
