As part of their expansion, they're recruiting a Content & Digital Marketing Executive, to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver Meta, Google and other digital ad campaigns, targeting relevant audiences and monitoring performance to drive ROI.
- Administer Email and SMS marketing resource.
- Manage our social media platforms and support staff managing localised channels. Developing engaging content, running campaigns, and monitoring trends to maximise follower growth and engagement.
- Craft compelling content for our website, news articles, magazine and social media platforms, ensuring an engaging and informative experience for our key audiences salon employers and prospective apprentices.
- Help manage customer relationship data and analyse information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Help to maintain website, with an underlying understanding of web design and digital marketing principles.
- Supporting SEO best practices, keyword research, and optimisation of content for search engine visibility.
- Helping with business development and recruitment enquiries as required.
Key Criteria:
- Strong practical experience and understanding of Meta and Google advertising, social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or CIM or equivalent qualifications desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success essential.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Website and CRM management and Photo/Video tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- High work ethic and self-motivation but also a team player.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
