Content Developer The Content Developer configures, administers, and manages website/application tools, and develops content for multiple websites/tools to support information and decision-making. This role involves managing website editorial activities, researching and gathering valuable information, negotiating and pursuing content, and seeking customer feedback for improvements. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, administer, and manage website/application tools.
• Develop and provide content for websites/tools.
• Manage editorial activities, including gathering and researching information.
• Locate, negotiate, and pursue content.
• Gather customer feedback for website improvements.
• Build searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Write and develop customer scripts, reports, and programs to identify metrics.
• Prepare architecture documentation and participate in design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications:
• Experience in production management, web page design, HTML, and web graphics.
• Strong skills in content development and website management.
• Ability to gather and research information.
• Proficiency in building searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• BSc/BA in a related field; relevant experience and certifications are a plus. Preferred Certifications: o PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) o Splunk Core Certified Power User o ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM) o Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
