About the Role:
We're hiring a part-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand across Instagram, Pinterest, and email. You'll be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content, managing our posting calendar, interacting with our community, and testing new ways to grow.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Pinterest, and email
- Create reels, photos, videos, and stories that highlight our kits, creative process, behind-the-scenes, and customer creations
- Write engaging captions and calls-to-action in the Woodsy voice (warm, playful, and nature-inspired)
- Respond to comments and DMs to foster community
- Plan and execute content campaigns for new launches, sales, and holidays
- Track content performance and adjust based on what works
- Collaborate with our founder to brainstorm new content ideas
- Source and manage user-generated content from our community
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
- Are a skilled content creator with a sharp eye for aesthetics and trends
- Have experience managing and growing a brand's social presence (especially on Instagram)
- Are comfortable filming, editing, and posting short-form video (Reels)
- Love crafts, creativity, and storytelling
- Are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Understand the rhythm of a small, scrappy, fun startup
- Bonus: Experience with email marketing, Pinterest strategy, or influencer outreach

- Remote / flexible hours
- Estimated 10-15 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
