We're a fast-growing fashion brand based in Arizona, known for delivering designer-quality sunglasses without the markup. We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Content Coordinator to support our expanding content and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for great copy, a strong visual eye, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once-without letting the details slip.


Content Management & Organization

  • Save, rename, and organize all content (photo/video) in Google Drive using naming conventions
  • Maintain asset folders by campaign, product, and platform
  • Upload final content to the Wholesale Drive and update Amazon visuals/content
  • Move finished ad creatives to the Meta ad board with proper naming

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Write and refine marketing copy for ads, PDPs, and product launches
  • Draft prompts and scripts for creators and assist with blog outlines as needed
  • Ensure tone, clarity, and structure align with the brand voice
  • Update product descriptions and coordinate PDP content improvements

UGC, Ads, & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate UGC from creators, track rights, and prep for ad use
  • Edit videos for paid social, including recuts with new CTAs or trends
  • Respond to Meta ad comments using brand voice
  • Upload and maintain Amazon and Meta ad creative

Photoshoots & Creator Coordination

  • Help prep photoshoots (outfits, props, printed shot lists)
  • Send follow-ups to freelancers and creators to ensure timely content submission

What We're Looking For:

  • A solid writer who knows how to make marketing copy sound sharp, not salesy (bonus points if you have a portfolio or samples)
  • A strong visual eye, you know what looks good and can keep content feeling consistent across the board
  • Super organized, especially when it comes to managing folders, files, and creative assets
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Canva, or CapCut (Adobe skills = major plus)
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, get-it-done environment and can handle multiple moving parts
  • A clear communicator who plays well with others and can work across teams without missing a beat

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Applications with any content portfolios - copy, video edits etc. will be prioritized
