Title: Content Cleaner
Location: Abingdon, VA 24210
Hours: 12pm-9pm, Monday through Friday (alternate hours: 4pm-9pm, Monday through Sunday)

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team and support 2 companies, N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions and Sweet Spot. N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions(NTDRS) is a full-service mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and new construction company. While Sweet Spot is a batting cage facility. This role involves cleaning items that have been damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, etc. for NTDRS; and managing customer check-ins and payment for Sweet Spot. This position is in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Perform damage assessment, followed by thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing
After cleaning, accurately label, pack, and organize items
Manage customer check-ins for Sweet Spot, ensuring payments are made online or in cash, with cash payments handed over to the appropriate person
Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
Keep work areas neat and organized
Report any issues or concerns promptly
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Willing to clean both soft(clothing & similar) and hard(furniture & similar) items
Physically capable, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and safety-oriented
Familiarity with iCat insurance claims management software is a plus but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
