We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contact Center
Data Specialist to join our team. On site. Accurately working with data. Must be proficient in EXCEL.
This vital role is responsible for the accurate and efficient intake, cleaning, and input of facility
data into our Salesforce CRM system. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and may need to contact facilities directly to resolve data discrepancies and ensure the highest quality of information. Proven experience in data entry and data cleaning. Familiarity with CRM systems, with specific experience in Salesforce highly desirable. Previous experience in a contact center environment preferred
Responsibilities: - Receive and process incoming facility data from various sources.
- Review and clean raw data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
- Accurately input cleaned facility data into the appropriate fields within the Salesforce platform.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies or conflicts in facility data.
- Contact facilities via phone or email to clarify information, resolve data conflicts, and obtain missing details.
- Maintain clear and concise records of communication with facilities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data quality standards are met.
- Assist in developing and improving data entry and data quality processes.
- Generate basic reports on data entry progress and data quality issues as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce features and best practices related to data management.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and data cleaning.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, with specific experience in Salesforce highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a contact center environment preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to resolve data issues.
- Proficiency in using relevant software, including spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data quality issues.
- Experience working with facility or location-based data.
- Familiarity with data validation techniques.
Compensation and Benefits: All full-time employees are eligible for paid time off, and holiday pay, as well as participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary life, LTD, and retirement 401k. Competitive hourly rate of

Operations are
