Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases and clients through all stages of litigation
• Research and draft complaints, motions, and briefs
• Participate in all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions
• Gain substantive litigation and trial experience
• Collaborate with a collegial team of experienced antitrust attorneys

Qualifications:

• California bar admission, experience with federal court practice, and strong research and writing skills
• Experience or interest in Consumer Protection Class Actions, Employment Law, and/or False Claims / Whistleblower Law
• Senior associates must also have broad litigation experience, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and trial(s) and expertise in case development and management
