Candidate Profile:

•   JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

•   Active California Bar admission required.

•  At least 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation (link removed)>

•   Solid law firm experience with superb problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Handle all phases of litigation in consumer financial services cases (link removed)>

•  Work collaboratively in a team-driven atmosphere, managing complex legal issues (link removed)>

•  Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients in high-stakes matters.

•  A motivated self-starter adept at managing every phase of litigation.
