MJ Holding is looking for a Consumer Care Administrator. A crucial consumer-facing position, the Consumer Care Administrator oversees providing outstanding assistance and service via Ecommerce platform channels, phone, and email. This role is the main point of contact for consumer questions, issues, and product support requirements, reporting directly to the Consumer Care Lead.

Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of communication through proper voice, tone, and clarity while ensuring thorough resolution of customer issues. The role requires meticulous tracking and documentation of customer interactions, as well as the ability to identify and report emerging trends to the Consumer Care Lead. This data-driven approach helps drive continuous improvement in our customer service processes and overall consumer satisfaction.

Education and Experience
  • 2+ years of Consumer Care experience with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with online dashboards and tools to respond to customer issues.
  • Customer first mindset and passion for the brand.
  • Demonstrated creative and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in communications to resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel are required.
  • High attention to detail and timely, independent follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
