What you'll be able to do:

Consulting Level Enterprise Business/Information Architect for Global Contact Center Technology - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, Michigan). Position reports to Dearborn, MI office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Build end-to-end landscape from a business and technical perspective- using your Business acumen/ Technical acumen and use that knowledge to build strategies for the portfolio. Work with Agile teams in a Product Driven Organization. Diagram and articulate the strategy and vision (Alteryx, Visio), understanding API and web-services. Work with business and product teams to evaluate the current state and build a roadmap to mature to the desired future state. Work with the product teams to deliver and support a channel strategy and integrations. Guide the product teams and business through the blueprinting process.

You'll have

A Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field and 8 years of experience in the position offered or 8 years of experience working on multiple or large-scale projects and incorporating all levels of architecture development. In lieu of bachelor's degree, employer will accept 3 years of academic studies toward a bachelor's degree or a 3-year foreign baccalaureate in aforementioned fields and 9 years of experience as stated. Also requires 5 years of experience: designing Call Center channel technology architecture and implementing best practices; designing business process management and CRM solutions in Pega, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics; working in Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps for Project Tracking; working on Integrations with IT Systems for large-scale enterprises; identifying business requirements and determining operational impacts and system changes to meet the business objectives; collaborating with solution architects, as well as technology delivery teams, to define architectural approaches and solutions; and architecting and designing in big data batch and real- time technologies, including Hadoop or Kafka. Also requires 2 years of experience: building reference architectures for emerging technologies, cloud architectures and virtualization technologies; and working with Agile teams in a Product Driven Organization. Also requires 1 year of experience: architecting solutions utilizing Azure ecosystems; and modeling and blueprinting enterprise business capabilities with Mega Hopex for a large-scale enterprise.

We are offering a salary of $125,778.00 - $147,281.00/yr.
