What you'll be doing - Leading the partner-centric end-to-end vetting and onboarding process for new logos and contract changes, IoT and FWA, from initial inception to enabling transactions in TSM/MyBiz.
- Interacting with customer to gather information and assess fit for the program, with the authority to approve or deny partners for program based on detailed analysis.
- Exercising independent decision making in vetting prospective and existing WCP partners by analyzing data from various internal and external sources.
- Interpreting and making decisions with recommendations for risk mitigation strategies as needed.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements through data analysis.
- Leading initiatives that drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize speed to revenue.
- Driving growth and accelerate revenue generation by articulating user stories for system enhancements.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure that enhancements align with business objectives.
- Creating action plans to address performance gaps by monitoring KPIs and identify the actions to address.
- Leveraging data insights to continuously refine processes and support business growth as well as own the story.
- Creating feedback loops for stakeholders, ensuring their insights are incorporated into process and system improvements.
- Maintaining transparent communication with all involved parties to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Updating comprehensive process and system documentation for consistency across regions.
- Building and delivering training programs to educate teams on process changes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring that all relevant parties are equipped to implement new processes effectively.
- Partnering closely with OD, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Channel Sales and other departments to ensure a coordinated and smooth onboarding experience.
- Gathering and communicating competitive intelligence captured during conversations with WCPs and CPs to assist program leaders in identifying trends and opportunities in the market.
What we're looking for You'll need to have: - Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Working knowledge of 5G Network Technology, FWA, IoT, Device Technology, ECPD, OD Portal, GSuite
Even better if you have one or more of the following: - Demonstrated facilitation and project management capabilities with track record of accomplishing goals on deadline
- Experience managing escalations
- Technical aptitude with good understanding of IT, finance, contracting, onboarding, private network, revenue assurance, provisioning and device/network management processes

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $77,000.00 and $144,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
