Summary
We are seeking a 100% remote Psychiatrist to join our team at Aayu Clinics. This role will mainly involve the supervision of PMHNPs and mid-level providers and telehealth patient consultations, with chart reviews. At present we care for patients with less complex psychiatric conditions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified and Illinois-licensed Consulting Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time basis. This 100% remote position involves approximately 6-15 hours of work per week, focusing on the supervision of PMHNPs and mid-level providers, with limited telehealth consultations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care and experience in supervising mid-level providers.
Responsibilities:
Supervise PMHNPs and Mid-Level Providers: Provide clinical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care.
Chart Reviews: Conduct regular chart reviews to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to treatment plans.
Telehealth Consultations: Participate in limited telehealth consultations as needed to support patient care.
Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to the development of best practices in psychiatric care.
Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in psychiatric treatments and contribute to ongoing education within the team.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
Experience: Previous experience in supervising mid-level providers and working in a telehealth environment is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with our team.
Work Environment:
100% Remote: This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
Technology: Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $160-$180 per hour.
