Project Scope
This engagement focuses on assessing and improving the internal business processes of the Vocational Rehabilitation department. The selected candidate will provide strategic consulting and project management services to streamline operations and enhance service delivery, in alignment with federal regulations.
Responsibilities
Assessment Phase
- Conduct data analysis to identify operational gaps and priorities
- Perform staff surveys and consultations to evaluate current processes
- Review compliance with federal regulations for Vocational Rehabilitation
Recommendation Phase
- Develop actionable recommendations for business process improvement
- Prioritize improvements and assess risks and impact
- Draft a comprehensive assessment and recommendation report
Implementation Phase
- Develop implementation timelines, communication plans, and revised documentation
- Collaborate with administration and staff to execute lean process strategies
- Provide training and support during implementation
- Monitor outcomes and adjust implementation strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree (mandatory)
- Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Tableau Desktop Specialist
- Experience in:
- Federal regulations related to Vocational Rehabilitation
- Data analysis and staff engagement strategies
- Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Lean process improvement methodologies
- End-to-end project management in a consulting environment
