Overview Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for performing multiple construction related tasks with minimal instruction and supervision. Provides part-time on-site leadership on all assigned in-house construction projects. Responsibilities Keeps equipment clean and operational. Handles and disposes of hazardous and or infectious waste properly and practices infection control. Adheres to regulatory guidelines. Performs a variety of construction duties related to carpentry, flooring, painting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning assignments and projects. Assists in preparing estimates and other related documentation for project approval. Estimates the types and amounts of materials required to complete assignments. Assists with scheduling and coordination of all aspects of assigned projects. Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED Experience 5-10 years Supervisor Experience No Experience
