Construction Surveillance/Assistant Site Security Manage with Security Clearance

Construction Surveillance Technician / Assistant Site Security Manager Perform all construction surveillance technician functions per ICD705 and monitor all on site construction activities to ensure compliance with ICD705, DoDM5105.21, and the CSP for the secure space facility construction project.
Work closely with the designated SSM and conduct continuous surveillance of construction workers, materials, and processes to identify any security risk and prevent unauthorized access or compromise of secure project site, materials, tools, and construction processes.
Document detailed records of all project site construction activities and incidents to support certification requirements. Report any security incidents promptly to the designated SSM.
In accordance with the CSP and as directed by the SSM, the contractor shall work with access control/escort personnel to ensure secure project site controls and integrity to include site opening/closing and inspections/searches to prevent introduction of unauthorized persons, materials, and equipment. TS/SCI and HS/GED with minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) direct ICD 705 compliant construction project build experience for CONUS locations
Must have minimum of 1 year of direct experience working on ICD 705 compliant construction projects as a CST or assistant SSM; must have intimate knowledge of ICD 705 requirements to include associated Technical Specifications
SSM or CST training/certification; must have demonstrated knowledge of SCIF accreditation process and requirements/documentation.
Skills Preferred : College degree; Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. The start date MUST be 8/18/2025 MUST possess active TS/SCI. The place of performance will primarily be at the Government's facilities in the Washington DC metropolitan National Capital Region/NCR, with primary place of duty at the construction project site at NSF-A (701 South Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA) and on occasion at the Pentagon and at Suitland, MD (4251 Suitland Road, Suitland, MD). Work shall be performed during normal working hours defined as M-F unless otherwise coordinated per the project.
