Description


  • Lead field operations on ground-up and interior healthcare construction sites

  • Direct subcontractors, coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure top-tier safety

  • Maintain full compliance with NYC DOB and healthcare regulations

  • Serve as the key on-site leader driving quality and accountability

  • Report progress, resolve field issues, and ensure daily workflow aligns with project goals


Profile


  • Brings 7+ years of superintendent experience, ideally with public or healthcare projects

  • Can manage complex scheduling, field coordination, and city compliance

  • Demonstrates a calm, solutions-focused leadership style

  • Holds OSHA 30 certification and thrives in fast-paced environments


Job Offer


  • Salary range of $150,000-$175,000, depending on experience
