Description


  • Manage all field operations on K-12 school construction sites, including both new builds and renovations

  • Coordinate subcontractors, enforce project schedules, and uphold quality standards

  • Ensure full compliance with local building codes, district regulations, and safety requirements

  • Interface regularly with school administrators, project managers, and inspectors

  • Oversee jobsite logistics, maintain progress reports, and conduct site meetings

  • Lead with a hands-on approach to mentorship, supervision, and problem resolution



Profile


  • 7+ years of experience as a superintendent, with a focus on K-12 or public sector construction

  • Demonstrated success in both ground-up and interior buildout school projects

  • Familiarity with school board inspection protocols and phased construction in active campuses

  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage fast-paced environments and complex logistics

  • OSHA 30 certification required; experience with occupied campus work is a strong advantage
