Key Responsibilities:
Sitework Phase (Primary Role)
- Serve as site lead superintendent during early phases of construction (site clearing through foundation).
- Coordinate and manage all underground utility scopes: water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric, and telecom.
- Oversee earthwork, excavation, grading, and all erosion/sediment control measures.
- Interface with environmental consultants to manage contaminated soil identification, testing, and remediation.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers, environmental teams, and utility companies.
- Lead daily field coordination with subcontractors, inspectors, and internal project team.
- Maintain site safety, schedule, and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Track and verify underground installations for as-builts and future turnover.
Vertical Phase (Support Role)
- Transition into the Superintendent role, supporting the lead vertical superintendent.
- Assist with structural coordination, envelope, and vertical MEP integration.
- Maintain oversight of all remaining civil/sitework punch and restoration scopes.
