Description
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure project milestones are met
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and safety protocols
- Manage scheduling, quality control, and problem-solving on-site
- Work closely with Project Management teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Utilize Procore and other construction management software

Profile
In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 15+ years of construction experience (ground-up & renovations)
- Strong leadership on $50M+ projects
- Public, academic, or K-12 project experience preferred
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management tools
- Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams effectively
