Construction Solicitor (mostly contentious)
You will be a qualified Solicitor with an experience level of 1-5 years (although my client can be flexible) with experience gained mainly in a busy Construction Law team.
You will be familiar with all aspects of construction law and have experience of advising on a range of dispute avoidance and dispute resolution matters. This role will involve a high level of client contact; therefore, you will be able to offer experience dealing with insurers, developers, contractors, and further typical contacts in this sector.
Ideally, although not essential, you will be qualified in E&W and also be a very confident communicator, able to interact with various internal colleagues from different teams, for example, planning, real estate, and corporate.
