We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a high-end brownstone renovation in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with specific experience in brownstone renovations. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description


  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure the project progresses according to the schedule
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate various trades on-site
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Maintain project documentation and report progress to the project management team
  • Ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
  • Utilize Procore software for project management (experience with Procore is preferred but not required)

Profile


  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on brownstone renovations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the construction team and multiple trades
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site
  • Familiarity with project management software, Procore is a plus
  • Experience with other types of projects such as mixed-use, retail, medical facilities, and corporate offices is a bonus
