The Construction Site Manager II (CSM II) assists the construction team in managing all aspects of a telecommunication site's construction, from design through completion. The CSM II clearly and efficiently communicates with the entire program staff. This position works with the on-site construction teams and maintains document control, populates databases, and tracks project activities and communications to ensure project goals are accomplished.

Primary responsibilities:
- Review design, equipment, and specification documentation from the client to ensure proper implementation.
- Participate in scoping and design meetings to provide constructability for RF objectives.
- Update and maintain internal and client databases with site construction related information
- May conduct field visits at sites and documents conditions and status.
- Responsible for the documentation and tracking of site design and engineering deliverables.
- Ensures construction site deliverables are completed and submitted on time.
- Oversee sites to ensure program stays on schedule, within budget, and records are maintained properly.
- Regularly reviews and maintains installation standards utilized for installation methodologies and effectively communicates specification change requirements to the owner or OEM as required.
- Review contractor bids and costs to ensure all charges line up with the site's scope of work, contract and market value.
- Coordinates handoffs with contractors and the real estate team to ensure all pre-construction items are complete.
- Works with architects, engineers, and consultants to determine best construction implementation while adhering to jurisdictional codes and standards.
- Oversees the development of material take offs and BOM developments. Manages process for orders and tracking the logistics of site materials.Ensures the process supports that the designs are reviewed, and necessary materials are efficiently procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Complete punch walks and close out packages and update client databases as required.
- Attends local meetings and communicates with property owners on behalf of the client.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal leadership by clearly communicating the status of their Sites to all parties.
- Contributes to the organization's body of knowledge on process design, modeling, execution, monitoring and optimization.

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, codes and ordinances.
- Experience in various scopes of telecommunications deployment.
- Knowledge of RF Fundamentals and cabling configurations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as client specifications and requirements, procedure manuals, and reports.
- Experienced in civil and electrical construction scopes.
- Knowledge of environmental concerns and remediation procedures.
- Proficient at MS Office
- Ability to thoughtfully provide feedback and adapt behavior to feedback received
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong demonstrated ability to prioritize, a commitment to tight deadlines, and the ability to multi-task.

Education and Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have construction experience.
- The ideal candidate will have Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 1-2 years in a highly aggressive technical field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Travel Requirements:
- Travel within Market (>50%) is expected in association with performing this position.
