Construction Receptionist/Administrator LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Downtown Phoenix who is in search of a front office administrator to join their team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, with the ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats. The hourly rate is between $24/hr-$27/hr .
Key Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and friendliness.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails.
- Assist project managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, document preparation, and tracking project deliverables.
- Support basic HR functions such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding paperwork, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
