Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial interiors projects, typically ranging from $1M-$15M

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication

  • Lead project meetings, handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders

  • Coordinate with Supers, APMs, architects, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality control

  • Drive project closeout including punch list, documentation, and turnover packages


Profile

    • 5-10 years of experience as a PM on NYC commercial interiors projects

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam (preferred)

    • Professional and client-facing demeanor

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (preferred)

    • Strong understanding of NYC DOB and construction compliance
