Description
Manage all phases of commercial interiors projects, typically ranging from $1M-$15M
Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
Lead project meetings, handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Coordinate with Supers, APMs, architects, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality control
Drive project closeout including punch list, documentation, and turnover packages
Profile
5-10 years of experience as a PM on NYC commercial interiors projects
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam (preferred)
Professional and client-facing demeanor
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of NYC DOB and construction compliance
