Description

  • Manage full-cycle project oversight for ground-up commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, and industrial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team and clients during the conceptual and pre-construction phases.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee design-build projects, ensuring seamless integration between design and construction phases.
  • Lead project execution to meet quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Utilize Procore and MS Suite for project documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Expertise in ground-up commercial construction and design-build projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and estimating.
  • Proficient in Procore and MS Suite for project documentation and tracking.
  • Strong client collaboration and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance.
  • Team-oriented and driven by long-term career growth opportunities.
  • Commutable to Boylston, MA, with a preference for local project work.
