Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

As a Project Manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing single or multiple heavy civil job sites in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Responsibilities include managing project costs and schedules, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, handling contracts and payments, implementing QA/QC programs, resolving constructability issues, and leading project teams. Our project list includes bridge & roadway projects, water & wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, power plants, complex electrical systems, rail systems, foundations, and tunnels.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field
• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• 5+ years of project management
• Bluebeam

NICE TO HAVE:

• Marine work, water/wastewater, or transit projects experience
• HCSS Heavybid and Viewpoint
• P6 scheduling
• Federal contracting experience
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 hour certs
