Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion. In this role, you'll hold full profit and performance responsibility, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds our standards of excellence and client satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Lead with Confidence: Manage project coordination, delivery, and performance while ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Make sound decisions under tight deadlines, balancing creativity and precision to drive project success.
- Multi-Tasking Mastery: Organize, plan, and manage multiple project activities, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborative Communication: Act as the central point of communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and effective dialogue.
- Team Integration: Work within and across teams, contributing to a fun, dynamic environment where exceptional ideas thrive.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years in the construction industry with proven project management success.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Outlook.
- Familiarity with Procore Construction Software.
- Certifications: Must complete OSHA 30 certification within the first year of hire, along with required jurisdictional safety certifications.
- Core Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of company policies, practices, and benefits.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
