Project Manager - Commercial Projects up to $20M - Salem MA will be responsible for:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project success.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilize project management software and tools to streamline workflows and maintain documentation.
Profile
Project Manager - Commercial Projects up to $20M - Salem MA will have:
- 5+ years as a Project Manager, or an Assistant Project Manager with long tenure
- Renovation experience is essential; ground-up construction experience is a big plus.
- Ability to use construction management software (procore, bluebeam, etc)
